How to Complain to Chambers
Chambers of SQ is committed to providing a high quality service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received, please let Chambers know so the matter can be addressed.
If you wish to complain, please contact Sharmeen Quadri directly in writing, by email to [email protected], setting out the details of your complaint. Your complaint will be considered carefully and you will be kept informed of its progress.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, or has not been dealt with within eight weeks, you may refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman.

The Legal Ombudsman
The Legal Ombudsman is an independent body that can look into complaints about legal services. You must normally refer your complaint within one year of the problem happening, or within one year of finding out about it, and within six months of Chambers’ final response.
